The vacuum degasser is one of the necessary equipments in fruit juice or fruit tea production line. It is mainly used for degassing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent the juice from being oxidized, then to prolong the storing period of the juice.
Structure and principle:
every part of the device in touch with the juice is made of fine stainless steel and medium hard food employ rubber. The major component is: barrel body, one way valve, jet tube, control valve, jacklight, and insight hole ect. When operate, first open the vacuum pump to extract the air in the tank and the material self-priming into tank. Control valve automatically control materials when it ascend to certain level. The speed of production process can be observed from insight hole and then keep control. Extract material from outlet when the vacuity in tank up to technique requirement. The production continued only when vacuity and feed in and feed out keep balanced.
